Urban Rec Multisport may be a little different from what you are used to. We update our rules to minimise risk, maximise fun, and level the playing field, so you can play at your level. Here's what you can expect when you play multisport at Urban Rec Metro Vancouver.

Most games are played either 5-a-side or 6-a-side. A full lineup for most sports includes at least 2 women and 1 man. If shorthanded, teams can play with a minimum of 4 players including at least 1 man and 1 woman to avoid being subject to the Urban Rec Default Policy. Most teams in these leagues have between 8-12 people on their roster including subs.
